Personal Growth Journey Is A Roller Coaster Ride

When Life Becomes A Roller Coaster, Climb into the Front Seat, Throw Your Arms in the Air, & ENJOY THE PERSONAL GROWTH RIDE!!!!!!!!

Life is full of ups and downs. If you’re anything like me, more than once you’ve prayed to God to take away some of the low spots.

If I had only realized that the experience I was trying to avoid was actually a life -alters opportunity that shaped me into the women I am today, I would have yelled,” Hit me with your best shot!”

Knowing this after the fact didn’t make it any easier, but looking back I realized I am much better now for having endured it. Besides, I’d never have realized how high I have gotten without the perspective of how low I had actually been.

The real lesson to be learned is that we need to face our challenges head –on with grace, style and conviction….”

A close friend of mine wrote me this quote. It touched a cord in my personal growth journey, so I thought I would share it.

personal growthI have always looked at life as a journey in personal growth traveled through a series of hills and valleys. Sometimes the valleys are so low that the tops of the hills are hidden behind clouds lost and forgotten. It is difficult sometimes to believe there is another peak to aim for. A we enter each valley there is knowledge that the only way out is to climb back up the valley wall to the mountaintop where everything is so much clearer.

But looking upon life, as a roller-coaster seems so much more fun and adventuresome and I love an adventure. It gets the blood cursing faster through your veins, your breathing increases and exhilaration bursts through every pore in your body. The ups, the downs and the strange gravitational curves that our personal growth journey has us travel upon cannot be sidestepped if we are meant to grow and blossom. To reach our desires and dreams we must venture outside our comfort zone and with that come challenges. Fears try to hinder our successes by magnifying the challenges ahead of us. Our courage is fueled with the knowledge that at the end of the roller coaster ride we safely arrive at our destination unscathed but energized with adrenalin because we have succeeded once again.

So the next time your personal growth journey starts to resemble a roller coaster, climb into the front seat, throw your arms in to the air, scream with excitement and anticipation. Then enjoy the ride – the ride of your life.

Personal Growth Is A Journey Of Self-Love-Not A Destination

Personal Growth IS About The Journey NOT The Destination, A Journey Of Self-Love – This Project Continues in October 2012

The Journey From Conflict to Collaboration –  The Old City – Jerusalem, Israel – July 5th 2012

As I searched for my purpose during my personal growth journey, I stumbled upon and now belong to a women’s global organization called braveheartwomen.com. This organization’s vision is to have western women hold the space of peace for women in regions of conflict. This is in keeping with the 2009 proclamation of the Dalai Lama  ~ “The world will be saved by the Western woman.” In the middle of last month – June 2012_ I received a call from braveheart’s founder, Dr. Ellie Drake, asking me if I would answer the call to hop on a plane and go to Jerusalem to hold the space of peace for Palestinian and Israeli women, representing the western women of North America in her organization. I accepted, went and experienced the most amazing personal growth transformation in every women involved especially within myself. We are an incredible species.

I will share over the next days to come my personal growth  journey in Israel leading up to July 5th 2012.  I hope you can feel the transformation as I witnessed it. I now will lead 33 western women back to Jerusalem in October of this year.

PART EIGHT – Please enjoy…

personal growthThe women slowly trickled out the door taking home with them the images and memories of this mystical day. I sat down for a moment and tried to absorb everything – Impossible, my soul as full. I noticed “She” energy taking a nap under the coffee table. I let her rest. “She” had worked hard and achieved so much. So much more than I thought possible. Do you remember when you gave birth and looked into the face of your new bundle of joy? Do you remember the immense joy and deep burning love? Do you remember how you wanted to burst at the seams with happiness? Do you remember the sense that you would protect and give this precious soul everything you could in life? That is the feeling I am talking about.

I cleaned up the venue of the littered cups and napkins all the while revolving thoughts and emotions through my storage unit in my brain. The photographer was busy creating his masterpiece and I noticed him shaking his head. When we inquired about is body language he couldn’t answer at first. His crew had the same look in their eyes. Haviier said what he witnessed in person and caught on film that day would forever change his mind at how he looked at his beautiful wife and forever alter his life in this region, as he currently knew it. He had tears -they matched our own. A crew member said she didn’t really want to come today to photograph this event as she was working on very little sleep from working on a wedding the day before. She had the most beautiful penetrating green eyes. She turned to me and stared into mine. She told me that she would not have missed this vent for the world. She told us she photographed the eyes of the women as they started the day and kept tapping in with her film throughout the day. She couldn’t believe the transformation – eyes turning from cold, lifeless stares to warm loving sparkles of personality.  She believed they captured the souls on film and that we would be able to see them once back in North America. They all thanked us for allowing them to share this event and offered to lead us out from Beit Jala back into Jerusalem.

I didn’t have a chance to see the film of the day but Mirna did and it played on her face as the tears ran down. She cried and cried, with the emotion of it all. The accomplishment of it all and proof that women from all walks of life with all forms of communication CAN come together as non biological sisters and rise above the mind to connect through the soul. Crying turned o laughter and boy di we laugh. As Ellie shows us laughter is truly a most magical medicine.

When we walked back into the venue to collect our belongings, the chairs had been returned to a circle formation. “She” was sitting in one of the chairs smiling. I knew at that moment this was the sign to indicate that Beit Jala is summoning us –all 33 of us home in October. There are places for all of us and “She” is waiting to orchestrate her magic and mysticism again.

7 hours after we arrived in Beit Jala, we made our trek back into Jerusalem with the sun setting slowly along the west hills. The light was perfect for taking pictures and we decided to celebrate our weary bodies by visiting the Old City and offering prayers of thanks at the Western Wall.

We drove into the Old city and were transferred immediately back more than 4000 years to biblical times. The energy was even more intense that the degree we create with “She” today in West Bank. We find parking and meander our way over to the entrance of the West Wall. We enter the women’s entrance and watch the setting sun vibrate off the beautiful Jerusalem rock. A wedding is being performed beside us and the music is so uplifting. We boogie again! Once in near the Western Wall we take paper and a pen and we meditate our prayers onto the paper. Then we trek to the wall finding a space to touch the wall and place our message in one of the thousands of cracks along harboring thousands of other messages of hope.

I moved to the very right of the women’s portion of the praying wall. I found my spot and touché the wall to begin my immense gratitude to my Source for all I received and witnessed that day. Not long after I connected with the wall when the energy ran up my arm and into my heart cavity. The jolt was so strong that I literally thought I was going to have a heart attack right there before God. I quickly removed my hand and the tension eased so I replace my hand on the same spot. The jolt was just as intense so I said my prayers quickly and released my hand once again. Remembering my heart chakra had been opened wide during Hana’s healing ceremony, I knew that I was full – past the full mark with spiritual energy. I am sure I was a new glow-in-the-dark figurine from Hasbro.  I left the Wall by respecting tradition and backing away from the Wall until I was far enough away to not insult the faith by walking forward.

We discovered that this day was a very important day in the Jewish faith. The highest level of Rabbi was visiting the Old City, there was a very special significance to the Star of David AND the full moon. The full moon rose over the Old City in Jerusalem as we all stood along a wall and watched the magical continue to grow that evening. We were tired but fulfilled souls. We were one with each other and with all our new sisters. “She” was siting on the moon gleaming, waving to me, and knowing her part in all this. “She” is ready for the next journey. “She” is with us all so embrace her. I did without knowing all I know now so can you.

I hope you have enjoyed my trip down memory lane. I hope this empowers you to answer the call and realize your part in it all. This was an adventure of a lifetime  – “She” is waiting…

PART SEVEN – Please enjoy…

personal growthBefore the day ended, Mirna in all her magnificence led us in one last ceremony to conclude the project on a positive lasting note.

As I told you earlier we received rose quartz in a pouch. Mirna now asked us to retrieve our stones and hold them in our hands. She then asked each of us to bless our stone with the emotion or short thoughts we had about what we experienced that day.

One by one each sister blessed her stone. Some with just simple but powerful words like Trust, Empowerment, Love, Hope, Peace…

Then a Palestinian woman said the word Justice. Tension knocked on the door but “She” quickly shooed him away. After explaining why the Palestinians needed Justice by beautiful friend, Batgal – an Israeli – spoke about how important that was for everyone. She went on to bless her stone with the word clarity. She explained how important it is for all sides to have clarity. Clarity will bring a kinder justice and a greater understanding of the situation Batgal had tapped into “She” energy. “She” was sitting on her shoulder and whispering her encouragement.

Clarity became an important word to me that day. It resonated deeply with my convictions. “She” = clarity. With clarity we are free to BE, To Create, To Collaborate – To Blossom. I now find myself stopping to gather clarity on a situation before I react or take action. Clarity screams at me. Clarity talks through a quote of Ellie,

“Women Collaborating”…It’s not about conflict or peace…It’s about women coming together to ‘Rise Above The Mind And Connect Through The Soul’…

It’s simply a celebration of sisterhood between women who are not biological sisters…

During the event we dance, cry, and laugh. That’s All!”

As the mic was passed around many women shook their heads in refusal to say any last words, but Mirna handled this so professionally. With the superb leadership and coaching qualities she possesses, Mirna asked everyone present to take their turn and speak before we ended this magical day. She said she didn’t want any woman here to leave this sacred room without saying her peace. She didn’t want any woman to leave here wishing she had spoken up. 5 hands shot into the air – 3 Palestinians and 2 Israel. They spoke from the soul. We were so glad they shared their hopes and dreams and blessed their stones. Their voices were important – the messages sacred.

As we concluded the project, Dalit asked we pray for a fellow Palestinian sister, Iptisam (I do not have a confirmation on the correct spelling of her name. When I do I will edit this post.), from the northern part of Israel who was stricken ill just before July 5th and was unable to travel to participate in this project. Another lovely singer participating in the day’s events led the prayer. The energy being sent from these souls to hers was strong and static. I hope she felt the love.

After every woman who wanted to speak had spoken, we all just naturally grabbed each hand with stones still clutched in our palms and started to sway listening to the music in our souls. “She” was standing in the center of the circle conduction the silent orchestration and smiling – oh was “She” smiling. “She “ was home our souls were one.

“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music” ~ Nietzsche

Dalit, Mirna and I looked into each other crying and gave a big oxy hug. Our small circle had grown into the large circle before us. Our tears washed away all the “One Days” that Dalit, Mirna and Ellie had dreamed of for so long. “One Day” was no longer a part of their vocabulary nor that of the Visions – “One Day” was here, today and now it was officially in the past to be replaced with “More Days.”

We are now part of “More Days”. So hang on and enjoy the ride of your life, Sisters – we are now in this together.

The July 5th project is over but really it’s just the beginning. The participants went home but the day didn’t end there.

I will continue…

PART SIX – Please enjoy…

personal growthThis oxy circle formed easily and was performed beautifully. The Palestinian sisters held the space with me as we watched love emanate from connected, eyes, hearts and wombs. The energy was bursting forth and you could hear the beams and posts of the room creak with excitement at the level of happiness, love and joy filled the room to beyond capacity.

By now as this oxy circle came to a close it was time to create a very historic circle – to create an oxy circle with one Palestinian woman facing one Israeli women, eye to eye, heart to heart, womb to womb. If a drum roll could have happened this was the time for it to sound in my story.

Now we face an issue that Dalit, Mirna and I had discussed before this day – more Israeli women than Palestinian or visa-versa. As it turned out we had double the Israeli woman as Palestinian women. When this fact became apparent, a Palestinian lady commented that once again they were out numbered. “She” energy held her breath as tension knocked at the door. But “She” didn’t have to wait with anxious breath for long because the solution rolled off of the production line and it appeased everyone. The Palestinian women formed an inner circle facing out and in font of each stood an Israeli woman. The extra Israeli sisters joined me in holding the space for peace.

This brings great tears to me as I remember and I write to you what I saw and felt. It took a few verses for the magnitude of what everyone was participating in to take effect. The women did what women do best – envelope each other in unconditional love. “She” energy was jumping up and down, tears streaming from her eyes as they were from mine. At the end of each verse, the women hugged without wanting to let go. They loved each other. They put aside their prejudices, politics and religion for they all were “She” energy, the master of love and life in a peaceful setting. Peace was so abundant. I really feel that if there was a way to measure the energy on Google maps, a strong golden glow would be throbbing from this little village in Israel. “She” was screaming with delight. “She” ran and grabbed hold of everyone, determined to never ever let go.

The tears were pouring from my soul cleansing me to the very depth of me. Right before me I realized hate is created from the ego of men and love unwraps and embraces from the hearts of women. As hate and anger crumbled before us, “She” energy took the broom and swept the mess out the door.

At the end of the first set of rotations, we switched the Israeli sisters from the outer circle to holding the space and watched as the remaining Israeli sisters connected with their Palestinian newfound friends. I was fortunate to have a chance myself to connect in this final circle. I could feel the love and reconciliation that peace is possible as I shared my energy with 3 women. I will never forget the power of that moment. I carry it with me everywhere I have gone since that time.

The circle was complete.

Dalit sang so beautifully throughout the day but she was so magically beautiful when she sang the song she shared on the call when Ellie announced the project set for this very special day.

Dalit wrote it best – the road will never never ever end. And that my friends and sisters is where we come in…

To see these women arm in arm singing together and rocking to the mystical music and calming voice of Dalit, is not something I can find words in the English language to describe. When you see it on film you will fell what I am feeling without words to explain. One of the songs, Dalit’s handsome son put on the agenda was – You Are So Beautiful by Joe Cocker. It is such a lovely song and comes to my lips easily. But as I was singing along I noticed something lovely. Everywoman in the room was singing along – in English. They were arm and arm swaying to this beautiful song, singing it to each other. This reminded me of the movie – The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. At the end of the famous story the townspeople gathered around the huge Christmas tree, held hands and sang. They sang to the skies and as they sung The Grinch’s heart started to grow and grow till it shattered the magnifying glass. Create that visualization and you will understand a little of what happened at that moment in time.

We continued singing along with Joe, while we formed a cohesive sisterhood behind the braveheartwomen.com banner. That Day July 5th 2012 WE the sisters of “She” energy Blossomed, Created and Collaborated!!!

PS And we had so much fun!!!!!!

The story is not over, it’s just begun – I will continue…

PART FIVE – Please enjoy…

personal growthIn braveheart sisterhood tradition we welcomed our beautiful sisters to incredible dance music. We sent the music to the heavens – people in Bethlehem could here us rock. We all kicked up our heels and let our hair done. We danced and danced and danced and danced. We held hands, we formed chains, we boogied in a train. We danced and celebrated freedom and life till we could not do so any more. The music ended and we collapsed in chairs. My first observation was that the women chose different seats. There was no more division in seating arrangements. Remarkable. “She” energy was pretty smug as well. “She” wiped her hands in approval and took a seat. “She” was definitely in for the party – I noticed a few of her suitcases unpacked and stored neatly away.
I saw a couple of late arrivals out of the corner of my eye and whispered to Dalit the reminder of what happens to a fellow braveheart sister when she dared o be LATE after a break. Dalit took up the reigns immediately, pointed out the latecomers and made them dance. They ate it up. The latecomers, including a misdiagnosed late comer – Mirna, danced with so much enthusiasm, LATE might have come into fashion that day in Israel.
Once settled it was the delightful and beautiful Hana turn to take center stage. She brought with her tiny bags, each containing a rose quartz with a beautiful banner with the braveheart logo. Each participant was given the opportunity to pick his or her own little pouch. Once seated Hana began with her healing powers to open the heart chakra. This was performed in Hebrew with Itaf translating into Arabic. I met a wonderful woman who chose to sit next to me and translate into English for me, the ceremony. She has become very dear to me – my new friend, one of many I was to make on this journey. Her name is Batgal Ariel a most magnificent woman. (Please remember everyone; I had not met any of the women on this project before I landed in Israel. I had seen them at Rise but that was the extent of it. I came alone and left with many sisters. I am blessed.)
Hana’s powers are beyond words. Our collective heart space opened to the size of the universe and beyond. We could feel if not see each woman’s heart. Even the photographer could feel the intense power and he was sure he could capture the beating hearts on film. Many women at the end of the day said they saw the hearts of their fellow sisters beat in love.
Once Hana and Itaf were finished, the transformation was amazing. Were these the same women who had entered this room at the start of the day? With closed arms and crossed legs? Really? Impossible, I say but very, very true. This transformation was just a tip of the iceberg. Ripleys would have documented this event, believe it or not.
Now on to the next oxy circle – Israeli sisters facing each other.

I will continue…

PART FOUR – Please enjoy…

personal growthThe first of three oxy circles occurred before our break for lunch. Dalit had our beautiful “braveheart sister song” recorded in all three languages, English, Hebrew and Arabic. It doesn’t matter what language it is sung in – it is still as magical and powerful as ever. The chorus was sung in English in all three versions.
The first circle is a little disorganized and sloppy. Throw in Hebrew, Arabic and broken English and the challenges grow but were never unconquerable. We knew we were dealing with love here, so the communication gap was definitely bridged.
Mirna and Dalit demonstrated the actions to the song and explained how a circle rotated.
The first circle was with Palestinian women facing fellow Palestinian women. There was chatter and nervous squirming but with perseverance and patience the circle was formed. The first version of the song was in English, then Hebrew, then Arabic and repeat. It took a couple of rotations until the connection through eye-to-eye, heart to heart, womb-to-womb clicked. It was like a light bulb was turned on. I could here the “click” of the switch. While I looked around the room at all the Isreali women holding the space I could see their eagerness in their eyes to experience what they were witnessing in front of them with Palestinian women.
There was a knock. The door was opened and “She” energy walked in with suitcases and trunks – she was planning on staying, or should I say moving in. “She” had arrived and in perfect style.
Now that all the guests in this project were present and accounted for it was time to break for lunch. With gentle guidance, we encouraged all the women to mingle and sit with new friends. We didn’t want cliques to form – which is a natural progression in human nature. The power of “She” energy was present and she worked her mystical ways and all the women who at one time did not know each other now desired to “break bread” with fellow sisters in the name of womanhood.
Emotions were raw, tears were flowing like rivers into our oceans, and without thinking, women shared stories, smiles, tears and laughter while eating a beautiful lunch. The “She” vision was in full swing – it was a joy to behold. I wasn’t able to understand most of the conversations, but the body language was so full of happiness and love – English wasn’t required.
I had women from both regions come to me during lunch to confess that they were very unsure of why I -a western woman – had made this trip to be there that day? They wanted to know why I cared – why any of us would care about their conflict? Why would we leave the safety of North America and come to hold a space of peace? I reiterated my message that I had stated at the beginning of our day. I knew they would finally understand at the end of the day – after the last circle.
So I continued to let go and watch what was to unfold. The path of courage in personal growth was being paved before my eyes.I hugged each woman and told her the that we all care and we always will because we are women and we want peace for this region, the world but most of all for our children and our children’s children.
I never realized myself at that time during lunch how superhuman powerful the message was going to infuse into each woman who stood hand in hand in the end – wishing for it not to never ever end. It had to be witnessed and even then it was almost too good to be true. There was definitely so much to learn at hte Institute of Personal Growth.

But I skip ahead and I have so much more to share before the finish of that day…

I will continue…

PS – BTW You will love the food!!! This region of the world knows how to eat! Mmmmmmmm!!

I hugged each woman and told her the that we all care and we always will because we are women and we want peace for this region, the world but most of all for our children and our children’s children.
I never realized myself at that time during lunch how superhuman powerful the message was going to infuse into each woman who stood hand in hand in the end – wishing for it not to never ever end. It had to be witnessed and even then it was almost too good to be true.

But I skip ahead and I have so much more to share before the finish of that day…

I will continue…

PS – BTW You will love the food!!! This region of the world knows how to eat! Mmmmmmmm!!

Key To Personal Growth – Step Outside Your Comfort Zone

My Personal Growth Transformed When I stepped Outside My Comfort Zone

The Journey From Conflict to Collaboration –  Venturing to The West Bank, Israel – July 5th 2012

PART TWO – Please enjoy…

personal growthOur entourage heading off early into the sunrise consisted of myself, Dalit, Mirna, Irina (our fabulous friend and driver extraordinaire), and Roni, Dalit’s sister and huge support to this project. We left very earl and headed for the ancient city of Jerusalem. The drive was about an hour long and the vistas we passed were breath taking. The road to the Holy City is long, winding and steeply graded as Jerusalem is in high in the mountains.
Once we were through morning “rush hour” we quickly toured the city to find the checkpoint into the Neutral Zone of the West Bank. We found a checkpoint and crossed over passing soldiers and entered the lone rad between tow very massive walls. These walls tower each other at about 3o feet with barbed wire topping off their grey mundane decor. The narrow rad between the walls runs for what appeared forever.
It did not take long to figure out we were lost – lost behind the walls of the West Bank. the energy was intense. You could feel the conflict in your soul. you could feel the fear these walls create with their oppression. This was not a great feeling but the Universe threw us into this situation for a reason. We all had a better feeling of what the women we were about to meet have been experiencing living under these government imposed restrictions and prejudices. It was haunting to feel the imprisonment that is standard life for the Palestinians. We finally found our way out of this zone and met up with Itaf and she led us through another armed checkpoint to Beit Jala. This drive was also so beautiful as we wound further up into the hills. The ancient rock walls still holding long ago pastures – history unraveling before our eyes. Seeing Israeli settlements in ruins when the occupied borders included them and in the next mile being rebuilt as they were now allowed back into the occupied area. The residents of the neutral zone have different license plates that the cars in Israel and the cars in West Bank – further isolation. I still don’t understand the politics but listening to the women’s’ stories you start to discover their lives, one voiced word at a time. Dalit and Roni were wonderful historians, with neutral voices and without prejudice.
Finally we reached our destination, Little Everest Hotel, Beit Jala, West Bank Israel.

I will continue…

Personal Growth Journey – My Trip To Israel

My Personal Growth Bloomed With My Journey to Israel, July 5th 2012

Please enjoy…

…I began this stage of my personal growth journey with a trip to Israel with a “yes” to Ellie’s calling for me to lead the western women to hold a space of peace while Palestinian and Israeli women gathered to blossom, create and collaborate.

Then I was on a plane heading to the Middle East.

After two days I was flying over Tel Aviv at 5 am seeing only the silhouette of the city. Not knowing what await for me when I set foot on Israeli soil. Not knowing what was before me, but knowing anything except that I was open to the challenge and believing that I could make a difference…

…And I did along with everyone else that connected on that beautiful day in Beit Jala, West Bank.
My life will never be the same. I am reborn and hunger to get back, to hold the space again in October with 33 sisters.

Israel is a small country geographically speaking but big in faith and heart. The energy there is intense. You can see and feel why there is conflict. But that conflict is ego based and we are there to rise above the heart, rise above the mind and connect with our feminine essence. The women of this region are as hungry to connect, as we are to hold the space. Do not fear – you are needed and welcome. The women cannot believe we are there nor that we would come all this way to “be.” I felt so safe and loved by these beautiful people in such a treasured country.

You can feel their desire for peace but they don’t have the tools to create it. The tools they have are the centuries of ingrained bias and the power of propaganda from the press and government. We offered a glimmer of a view with new tools.

I will describe the “day” in my next post…

The Empowerment Of Creating A Book Of Positive Aspects

empowerment

Empowerment Tool In Re-Building Your Self Worth After A Break-Up.

Relationships disintegrate not because one party or the other is a bad person, but the role they have in your journey is finished. The lesson they were meant to demonstrate to you is done and they must move on. If you can stand back and look at the break up from a different perspective, removing your emotional attachment, you will eventually see it is for the your best and highest good in honor of your empowerment. It is your ego that is hurting and it wants to hang on to the dependency of this connection.

When you break up from someone you have deep feelings for, release your need to spend valuable energy thinking negative thoughts about that person, no matter what happened between you. Fulfill your empowerment by reminding yourself that you are a good person, perfect exactly how you are, as is the person who has just left your relationship.

So let’s create “My Book Of Positive Aspects” ~ An Abraham Process from “Ask And It Is Given” ~ by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

First you are going to purchase a special notebook and beautiful pen.

Write at the top of the first page, “My Book Of Positive Aspects.”Underneath write the name of the subject (thing or person) that you wish to focus on This can be you or the person you have broken up with.

Write these questions down and leave space in between each for your contemplative answers.

‘What do I like about me/you?’

‘Why do I love me/you so much?’

‘What are mine/your positive aspects?’”

If the subject of your “Positive Aspects” book is a previous partner,  understand that you have some serious issues with the person otherwise there would not be a break down. But you did love this person once and there was a deep connection, so dig deep into the cavern of your feelings and see if  you can answer these questions in a loving and forgiving manner.

The primary purpose of this book of empowerment is to bring you to a place of feeling good – start feeling better about yourself, your ex partner and your situation. This will enable you to feel gratitude at a faster rate thus changing your vibration and bringing you inline with more positive situations and people. By daily entering into your journal all the positive aspects you can find about the partner you entered into a loving relationship with, will help you to maintain a positive balance of your own. You will find that no matter what the state the world is in around you, you will be in perpetual balance. This process is not to have you turn the negative into the positive; it is to encourage you to focus on all, which is positive. It is impossible to focus your attention on the positive AND the negative at the same time. By withdrawing your attention to the negative, it will naturally leave your experience.

Now start writing and  you will see that as you begin to focus on all the positives you remember about you and your ex partner,  your vibrational energy will begin to change and you will feel differently about it all – more than you do now. Begin writing down what immediately comes into your mind when you read each question.

Everyone in their own right to empowerment has positive aspects to their character, sometimes you just have to look long and deep to find them. Remember the special occasions you shared and think of why you invested energy creating a deep connection – all the wonderful traits that you felt were good enough to spend the rest of your lovely life with your ex partner. By focusing on the positive and leaving the negative in the past where it belongs, you will raise your vibration to one of appreciation, which is one of the most powerful vibrations your empowerment can possess.

The more positive aspects you can write down in your journal,  the more you will find your relationship with you and your ex partner changing for the better. There are so many benefits to this mystical process. Do this for the next 30 days and you will see how things have turned around and your anxieties will turn from dread to the end of a path to anticipation of what the Universe still has to offer you now.

Enjoy this empowerment process of writing your “Book Of Positive Aspects” about yourself or/and an ex partner. Your life will be full of love and joy for doing so.

Here’s a video that explains the process perfectly: A process by Abraham Hicks to assist you to move into a more positive thought and feeling place on all subjects, work, relationships, health, weight, money, yourself… anything.
This process will focus you in a way you will attract more of that which you see as positive =) and that which is wanted.
