Personal Growth Exercise: Restraint Builds Wealth

Weekly Personal Growth Exercise – Exercising Restraint In My Finances Allows Me To Build Wealth

personal growthA key to strong personal growth is exercising restraint. Envision yourself with a savings account large enough to secure your family in the face of change. Be proactive toward giving the gift of financial security to your family and you.

Make your goal to be able to retire and continue to live well in the years to come. In order to reach that goal, you must make some adjustments in your personal growth. By living below instead of way beyond your means, “I am setting myself up for a lifetime of provision.”

Your spending habits are a reflection of your true desires; so research before making major purchases. Comparison-shopping helps you to get the best deals available. Your personal growth motivation for making purchases is need, not greed. Before you buy, ask myself, “Do I really need this right now?” “Is this an investment in me and my future existence to achieving my goals?” an acumen in accounting is not necessary but it does help. Make daily accounting certifications a way of life can be beneficial. The money you save by exercising restraint is available to go towards more important things in life, such as college funds or retirement savings or other personal/family investments.

“I am free from the pressure of trying to impress others, because I am loved for who I am, not for what I have.”

In the future, always appreciate your wise financial decisions. Continue building wealth to secure you plus leave a legacy for my children.

Focus on the good things that you have, and overflow with enough gratitude to drown out your materialistic side. The self-control needed to abstain from unnecessary purchases is within you.

“Today, I count my blessings and appreciate what I have. I envision myself enjoying my future thanks to the decisions I make today.”
