Your state of self-confidence -spiritually and physically- is directly correlated to the state of your body. Be careful to feed your body the proper nutrition in order to enjoy a healthy strong mind.

 

Food is your source of nourishment; therefore, eat foods that are loaded with vitamins and nutrients. Limit your intake of foods that, although delicious, have no value to your health. Keep your diet is rich in fruits and vegetables that provide long-term benefits.

Your eating habits set you up for success. Be careful with what you feed your spirit through your eyes and ears. Avoid negative conversations at all cost. Your ears are inclined to conversations of substance and value. Only participate in discussions that build you up.

Make it a habit to turn your eyes away from violence and wrongdoing to preserve your spirit. Have the strength to turn off the television or walk away from a negative situation.

 

What you allow into your body makes its direct way to your mind and heart, and transforms your actions. Only lend your eyes and ears to things that align with what you want to become. Your self-confidence will awaken refreshed and embodied to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
